How does billing work?
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles VAT/sales tax collection based on your location. You'll receive invoices directly from Paddle.

Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard at any time. Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. No questions asked.

What happens to my files if I downgrade?
When your subscription ends, your account reverts to the Free tier. Files beyond the Free retention window (24 hours) will be automatically deleted. We recommend downloading files before downgrading.
